Radinden Manor Road, Hove

This project involved the complete renovation and modernisation of an existing rear extension. The original structure was fully stripped back and demolished, allowing us to rebuild the space from the ground up and create a more modern, practical and open environment.

A key feature of the new design was the installation of large double bifold doors, creating a much stronger connection between the interior and the garden while bringing significantly more natural light into the space.

Internally, the floor was prepared and self-levelled to create a smooth, even surface ready for the new solid herringbone flooring. The herringbone floor adds a timeless finish to the modernised space, combining traditional character with the contemporary design of the extension.

The completed renovation transformed the original extension into a brighter, more modern and functional living space, with improved finishes and a much stronger connection to the outdoors.
