Chesham Place, Kemptown

This project involved the complete renovation and modernisation of a basement flat in Chesham Place, Kemptown.

The property was completely stripped back, creating a clean foundation for a full refurbishment. We managed and carried out the transformation from start to finish, refreshing the entire apartment and bringing the space up to a modern, high-quality standard.

The renovation included a complete new kitchen and bathroom, alongside bespoke joinery designed specifically for the property.

The new kitchen was carefully fitted to create a practical and contemporary space, while the bathroom was completely refreshed with new finishes and fittings.

Bespoke joinery was also introduced throughout the property, providing tailored storage solutions while making the most of the available space within the basement apartment.

The completed renovation transformed the basement flat into a fresh, modern and functional home.

By completely stripping the property back and rebuilding the interiors, we were able to create a cohesive finish throughout, combining practical improvements with carefully considered design details and bespoke craftsmanship.
